About Terra Share Health
Hi, I’m Terra!
I’m a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).
I’ve spent over a decade in healthcare — with the last seven years devoted to providing comprehensive, holistic, and evidence based menopause and gender-affirming care. Along the way, I’ve helped develop protocols for well-known healthcare organizations, stayed on top of the newest research, and refined my approach — but the part I love most is connecting with people one-on-one and helping them feel seen, heard, and supported.
I know firsthand how overwhelming our healthcare system can feel. There is specifically a significant lack of education, expertise, and options for people going through the perimenopause transition, and Gender Affirming Healthcare. My goal is to create a space that feels safe and approachable, where we can talk openly, answer your questions, and make decisions together as a team based on the newest research.
My genuine hope for you is that you live your healthiest, happiest, most confident life and feel great in your own skin. My patients often tell me visits feel like talking to a best friend who happens to be a medical provider— someone who listens deeply, encourages you, and makes you feel empowered in your care. That’s exactly what I strive for with every interaction!
When I’m not caring for patients, I’m also a mother enjoying life with my little one and spouse in Denver, Colorado. I am a " joyful movement" enthusiast. Whether mountain biking, lifting heavy weights, going to a dance class, hiking, sweating on my Peloton, or having a dance party with my daughter, I never miss my 30-45 minutes of joyful movement every day. I am a fierce advocate for my patients and am involved in multiple organizations that support reproductive healthcare access, Queer healthcare, and trans rights.
I also love to bake gluten-free goodies for my loved ones and have been designated "Aunt T with the baked goods" in my friend group.
